I came in looking at a couple of cars and ended up buying a brand new car. Every single one of the staff members were very polite,positive and supportive. We found ourselves car shopping after an unexpected accident and ended up at Subaru. The process of looking for a car, communicating with our salesman and staff was great. When we purchased a vehicle a few days later that was just wonderful. Everyone was very helpful very straightforward and seem to have our best interest in mind while still making a sale. The atmosphere at the dealership was kind, energetic yet refreshingly calm. We never felt rushed, coerced or tricked into something we didn't want. We were well educated on our purchases and options. They offered unexpected help in dealing with the insurance company on the loss as well as reviewing other insurance policies to see if they can help us save money. The dealership made the process very easy in obtaining the new vehicle and signing all of the lengthy financial paperwork. The financial agreements and other options were gone over very clearly with ease and written up in charts to make it easy to follow and pick. I never felt anxious about the process or confused. Everyone on the staff that we met was just fantastic! We hope to build a lasting relationship with a really great team and we're excited to have a really great vehicle with such good ratings and reviews!

Blake is awesome!!!! I saw the STI Type RA from the highway and had to get it. Blake greeted me as I pulled in and I told him I wanted to drive RA, he introduced me to Hunter, and he instantly knew that I was a Subaru enthusiast! Great crew all around. I also get my outback service here! I will be getting a BRZ for my son soon!

Subaru had a large selection of options. We have not previously owned Subaru and were interested in their lifetime warranty. Sales staff were kind and not overly pushy (just the right amount ), finance guy was incredibly helpful, insurance guy was awesome, and the paperwork woman wrapped it all up nicely. We ended up with a new 2024 Forester Wilderness and we love it!

Subaru of Wichita provided an exceptional service experience! Every gentleman we met was super friendly & professional. Our primary salesman, Jon set the tone as soon as we arrived (friendly, inviting, patient, knowledgeable and professional). It was also a pleasure meeting Hunter, Blake and Howard (all excellent in their own professional/service positions). Overall, this was a fantastic introduction to Subaru.
